BloxyLuck may terminate your account for any suspected misuse of our website.

In-game items used on BloxyLuck have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

BloxyLuck is not affiliated with, partnered with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation. We do not support accessing Roblox accounts or any unauthorized account access. The use of Roblox in-game items is subject to Roblox's terms and conditions.

BloxyLuck does not guarantee the availability or functionality of in-game items on the Roblox platform.

If a bot is banned, you acknowledge that BloxyLuck is not liable for lost items, missed trades, or any other damages.

Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of trading partners and for following all platform instructions.

If you encounter issues with bots, please report them through our Discord support.

If a bot is banned or suspended from Roblox or a game, BloxyLuck is not responsible for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

BloxyLuck does not provide refunds or exchanges for in-game items that have been lost or if our host account or bots have been banned in-game.

In special circumstances, we may provide refunds but are not required to do so.

Refunds, if given, require sufficient evidence and are at our sole discretion.

Using the Site or Services for any illegal purpose.

Engaging in fraudulent activities.

Exploiting or manipulating the Services for personal gain.

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BloxyLuck or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxyLuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or Services.
